No. 15 Kentucky Makes Quick Stop at Home, Hosts Miami University
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Coming off a hard-fought series win on the road at a Missouri club that historically plays well at home, No. 15 Kentucky will make a quick stop at its own digs on Tuesday night versus Miami University. The game is set for 6:30 p.m. ET at Kentucky Proud Park and will stream on SECN+.
UK then will pack and head to No. 22 Ole Miss this weekend with the knowledge only No. 1 Arkansas and top five Florida join them out of the 14 Southeastern Conference clubs that have won a road series in league play through two weeks. The Wildcats (20-4, 5-1 SEC) are tied with the Razorbacks atop the conference standings.
The Cats squeezed out a 7-6 victory on Sunday afternoon despite cold and windy conditions in Missouri. It was UK’s first series victory in Columbia since 2017.The Cats have won eight of their past nine overall this year and 18 of their previous 19 midweek games dating to the 2022 season.
