UK Ticket Office Holiday Hours

The UK Athletics Ticket Office, located at the Joe Craft Center, has announced its hours for the final weeks of 2019 and the first days of 2020, as well as complete information on how to pick up tickets purchased from Kentucky’s Belk Bowl allotment.

Dec. 16-20 – Open (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Dec. 23-26 – Closed
Dec. 27 – Open (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) 
Dec. 30-Jan. 2 – Closed
Jan. 3 – Regular hours resume (weekdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
 
Belk Bowl tickets, purchased directly through the UK Ticket Office and selected for Will Call, may be picked up Dec. 17-20 or on Dec. 27. Tickets not picked up by Friday, Dec. 27 at 4 p.m. will be transferred to Charlotte for pickup on game day at Kentucky’s designated Will Call window at Bank of America Stadium. The Main Ticket Office is located in the southeast corner of Bank of America Stadium. Kentucky’s game day Will Call location will open at 9 a.m. followed by stadium gates at 10:30 a.m. Fans may contact the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 (Option 4) for more information.
