Conrad, Edwards Hold Pro Day on Monday

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Senior tight end C.J. Conrad and senior safety Mike Edwards held a workout for NFL Scouts Monday in the Joe Craft Football Training Center and the Nutter Indoor Field House.

Conrad and Edwards were both invited to the NFL Combine in Indianapolis in March but did not participate in the workouts due to injury.

On Monday, both were put through a variety of skills tests which includes running and agility drills, bench press, position-specific drills and the vertical jump.

The NFL Draft is set for April 25-27 in Nashville, Tennessee. The first round will be held on April 25, followed by the second and third rounds on April 26, and will conclude with rounds 4–7 on April 27. The main NFL Draft stage will be on First and Broadway.

Draft picks on the main stage will take place the evenings of April 25 and April 26 and during the afternoon of April 27. Schermerhorn Symphony Center will be host to Selection Square, which features the team tables where representatives from each club will make their draft selections.

The NFL Draft Experience, a three-day football festival, will be held in the parking lots and areas surrounding Nissan Stadium.

The NFL Draft Red Carpet will take place on April 25 at The Green at Riverfront Park.
