UKTF at Tennessee Relays This Weekend
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Kentucky track and field team will compete at the Tennessee Relays this weekend at the Tom Black Track at LaPorte Stadium.
The meet will be streamed live Friday and Saturday on SEC Network+. AdkinsTrack Timing will provide live results.
Four weeks of regular-season competition remain before the Southeastern Conference Championships are held May 11-13 with Tennessee as host university.
Following the Thursday night hammer throw, UK will compete on Friday with 46 entries starting with the women’s 400-meter hurdles at 2:45 p.m. ET, and wrapping up around 8:30 p.m.
Saturday’s competition begins at 11 a.m. in the field with the women’s discus and men’s pole vault. Saturday track action features mostly relays starting at Noon.
UKTF Notes
Timothy Duckworth was named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week and Southeastern Conference Field Athlete of the Week on Tuesday following the nation’s top decathlon this season last weekend.
Sydney McLaughlin of the UK women’s team was named National Athlete of the Week and SEC Runner of the Week last week.
