CODE OF CONDUCT
The University of Kentucky asks that all guest respect others around them to keep UK baseball games as enjoyable as possible for all. If anyone displays conduct that endangers or disrupts players, coaches, officials or other guests, the University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove the individual from Cliff Hagan Stadium. No refunds are given in such cases.
DISABILITY SERVICES
Parking: Disabled parking (first-come; first-served) is available in the northeast corner of the residential lot (E-Lot) located on the first-base side. Vehicles must show a valid state issued hang-tag
Seating: Disabled seating is located at the bottom of sections A & C (accessible via the ramps on 1st/3rd base sides) and the top of Section B (accessible via elevator behind home plate-Level 2).
FIRST AID
Limited first aid supplies are available at Cliff Hagan Stadium in the ticket office. For select games, medical personnel will be on site.
GAME FIELD
Public access to the playing field is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to arrest and prosecution.

Items/reports should be submitted to Event Staff. After the game, event management personnel will take items to UK Police Department (859) 257.1616.
OUTFIELD DECK
Right field deck is an observation deck only and is free of charge for all spectators. The desk is standing room only, and is first come, first served. The following items are prohibited on the deck: open containers, glass, cans, ice chests/coolers, grills, stools/chairs, tables, smoking and pets (with the exception of service dogs).

PROJECTILES
The throwing of any object is strictly prohibited. Guests identified throwing any objects will be ejected and may be prosecuted.
RAINOUTS
In case of a rain out, the ticket issued for that game will be honored for the date of the makeup game, or in case of cancellation, the ticket may be used for admission to another regular season game. Note: Some exclusions may apply. Please call the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 to confirm game eligibility.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located under the stadium on the main concourse.
SECURITY CHECKS
For security reasons, all persons and bags entering Cliff Hagan Stadium are subject to search.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited on the University of Kentucky campus.
TICKETS
Reserved: Section A (rows 1-11), Section B (rows 1-17) and Section C (rows 1-11). Stadium ushers will reserve these areas the first 30 minutes of each game. Rows 1-3 of Sections A, B and C will be reserved the entire game.
General Admission: Bleacher seating in sections A & C (rows 12-19) and Section H standing room in grass along 3rd base line. GA seating is first come, first served.
NOTE: For select games, depending on crowd size, it may become necessary to open the upper-level reserved seating areas prior to 30 minutes after first pitch. Contact the nearest event staff for assistance.
Resale: Selling tickets in excess of face value is illegal in Kentucky. No tickets may be sold in the immediate vicinity of the ticket office.
TIMELINE
Gates will open 2 hours prior to first pitch. The ticket booth will be staffed 2 hours prior to first pitch.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas may be brought into the stadium but may not be opened in the seating areas.
