SINGLE-GAME TICKETS
Ticketing Overview
- For the 2017-18 season, student men’s basketball tickets will be sold via two distributions and three lotteries. Full details regarding distributions and lotteries can be found below and in the 2017-18 distribution and lottery calendar (PDF).
- Students that require accessible seating should contact the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 the Wednesday prior to a distribution or lottery sign-up to request tickets in these areas. Single-game accessible tickets are subject to availability.
Summary of Distributions
For distributions, there will be no lottery, and thus no online sign-up period. During distributions, tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Joe Craft Center ticket office, to all eligible students. No phone or online orders will be taken.
As long as tickets remain, students may purchase tickets after distribution on-sale dates until they are sold out. Student tickets (priced at $10) are not available to purchase at Rupp Arena on game day, so students should be sure to purchase their tickets from the UK Ticket Office in advance.
Summary of Lotteries
- For lotteries, an online group registration window will occur beginning a week before each lottery, where you will have the ability to register for tickets online with friends as a group.
- One student should log-in to their My UK Student Account and setup a student lottery group. Once the leader has created a group, they can share their group information with other students, who can then join that group. Groups are limited to four students. Those who want to register alone should create a one person group.
- After the online group registration deadline, the UK Ticket Office will conduct a random draw to select the winning students. Each group entry will have an equal chance of begin selected. The winning students will be notified via email from the UK Ticket Office. Only these winning students will be eligible to attend the in-person lottery at Memorial Coliseum
- The in-person lotteries will take place on Monday evenings at 9:00 p.m. ET in Memorial Coliseum and will be used to determine your seating location at each of the games. The front doors of Memorial Coliseum, facing Avenue of Champions, will open at 8:00 PM ET.
- Upon entering, lottery numbers will be distributed in groups of 100. When your lottery number is called, you may go to the ticket office to purchase tickets. Credit cards are NOT accepted on lottery night.
- A comprehensive overview of the lottery as well as step-by-step registration instructions can be found here (PDF).
Unclaimed Tickets
Any student tickets that are unclaimed from a lottery will go on sale the next day at 9:00 a.m. ET at the Joe Craft Center ticket office. Students who were not selected to attend the lottery may purchase any unclaimed tickets at this time, if available. Any tickets that are still unclaimed after the lottery and the next day of sales will be sold as “guest tickets” on the following day (2 days after the lottery), based on availability. For a full calendar of lottery, distribution and guest ticket dates, click here (PDF). Student tickets ($10 price) are not available to purchase at Rupp Arena on game day, so students should be sure to purchase their tickets from the UK Ticket Office in advance.

Away-Game Tickets
The UK Ticket Office receives a very limited allotment of tickets to each away-game that is used to accommodate player’s families and guests, therefore, tickets are not available to the public or students through Kentucky for away-games. To purchase tickets to one of Kentucky’s men’s basketball road games, please contact the host institution for ticket information and availability. A directory of SEC ticket offices can be found here.
