TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Kentucky golfer Jenny Dugan shot a tournament record 8-under-par 208 (66-72-70) to win the Lady Seminole Invitational Sunday in Tallahassee, Fla., leading the Wildcats to a fourth-place finish. Dugan, who was named to the All-Tournament team, also set a course and tournament record with an opening round, 6-under-par 66, and a two-day tournament record score of 138 (66-72).

The Wildcats, who were the defending champs, trailed first-place North Carolina, which shot a 7-over-par 871. Florida State and Auburn edged UK with totals of 885 and 886, respectively. Towa Okiyama led other Wildcats with a three-day total of 223 (tied for 15th) and Jenny Throgmorton shot a 227 (tied for 28th).

The Lady Kats will be in action again Sept. 25-27 in Chapel Hill, N.C., at the Lady Tar Heel Invitational.
