ADMISSIONS & ENTRY
- Doors will open 1 hour prior to the meet
- Concession stands and restrooms are located on both the Lexington Avenue and Rose Street concourses (Concession map)
- Lost & Found items will be turned into UK Event Staff team members during the meet. Following the meet, all items will be turned over to the UK Police Department, 859.257.8573
- Programs are available digitally via QR codes near the concourse concession stands.
ALCOHOL
- Alcohol will be served at select concession stands on the concourse
- Patrons are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages, nor are they permitted to leave the building with alcohol purchased inside Historic Memorial Coliseum.
- All alcohol purchases must be accompanied by a valid state issued driver’s license or ID, Passport or Military ID. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any alcohol.
- Service of alcoholic beverages is limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase.
- Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of third rotation
- Alcoholic beverages include beer and seltzers

CLEAR BAG POLICY
- All bags must adhere to the UK Athletics Clear Bag policy. All bags and items will be subject to search upon arrival. To avoid additional touch points, fans are strongly encouraged to not bring unnecessary bags to Historic Memorial Coliseum. Backpacks, even those that are clear, are prohibited.

- Prohibited items will be enforced.

Smoking- vapes, cigarettes - All weapons, including firearms, carried either concealed or openly are prohibited items at UK’s Historic Memorial Coliseum per KRS 237.115. Anyone in violation of this will be granted entrance into the Historic Memorial Coliseum.

TICKETS & SEATING
- The Ticket Office and Will Call is located on the Lexington Avenue side of Historic Memorial Coliseum; it opens 1 hour prior to the meet and closes after the second rotation.
- The player/guest entrance is on the Rose Street side of Historic Memorial Coliseum.
- Tickets will be issued via mobile delivery. Ticket holders will access their tickets on their phones and can transfer them electronically to other members in their party when necessary.
- Spectators will be strongly encouraged to save their mobile tickets in their smart phone’s digital wallet prior to arriving at Historic Memorial Coliseum.

PARKING & TRAFFIC
Complimentary shuttle service will be available for all home meets.
Shuttle service will begin 90 minutes prior to the meet and operate through the end of the first rotation. Service will resume at the start of the fourth rotation and continue until one hour after the meet concludes.
For Excite Night (1/16), two shuttles will be in operation.
Shuttle pick-up locations include:
- The Cornerstone Garage (Parking Structure #5)
- High Street Lot
All shuttles will drop off at the Lexington Avenue entrance of the Historic Memorial Coliseum.
The Cornerstone Garage (PS #5) will open for event parking two hours prior to the meet. Patrons may need to press for a ticket upon entry; however, no payment will be required upon exit, as the access arms will be raised. Patron’s parking in the Cornerstone garage may access the shuttle via the skybridge located on the third level of the garage. After crossing the skybridge, the shuttle pick-up/drop-off area is located to the left at the crosswalk.

CODE OF CONDUCT
To keep Kentucky Gymnastics Meets as enjoyable as possible for all, the University of Kentucky asks that all patrons respect those around them. The University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove any individual from Historic Memorial Coliseum who displays conduct that may endanger or disrupt student athletes, coaches, judges, or other patrons. No refunds are given in such cases.
