- Kentucky is 6-2 this season, while DePaul is 8-2
- This was the sixth all-time meeting between Kentucky and DePaul in women’s basketball.
- UK owns the all-time record 4-2.
- UK owns the all-time record in games played in Lexington, 2-1.
- This was the second meeting between the two teams in Rupp Arena.

- Nyah Leveretter was the first sub for Kentucky. It was the first time she has been the first Wildcat off the bench.
- DePaul won the opening tip. It is the third time this season that UK has lost the opening tip.
- Both teams were offensively locked in the first 10 minutes as DePaul held a 24-22 lead at the end of the quarter.

- DePaul dominated the second half with its fast-paced offense to claim the victory, outscoring UK 46-42.
- UK went 0-of-14 from 3 in the game, marking the first time since March 8, 2019 that UK has not hit a 3-pointer.
