Kentucky Track & Field Announces 2021 Indoor Schedule
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky announced its 2021 men’s and women’s indoor track and field schedule Friday, with a five-meet regular season capped by Southeastern Conference and NCAA Championship events in Fayetteville, Ark.
Kentucky opens at home January 15-16 with the Rod McCravy-Jim Green Invitational, held in the Nutter Field House. The Wildcats will play host to three area rivals, Cincinnati, Eastern Kentucky and Louisville, along with North Carolina A&T.
Road trips begin with the Woo Pig Invitational at Arkansas (Jan. 22) and the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 5-6). Kentucky will split the squads on Feb. 12-13, with the distance runners headed to the Music City Challenge at Vanderbilt while the remainder of the Wildcats compete at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C.
The SEC Indoor Championships will take place Feb. 25-27 at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. The Wildcats return to Fayetteville two weeks later, March 12-13, for the NCAA Indoor Championships.
