High School: A member of the Indiana Baseball State Runner-up team at Carroll as a sophomore in 1999… Four-year letter winner in baseball… Voted all-conference and all-area as a junior and senior… Batted .433 and nailed eight homeruns with 33 RBI as a junior… Selected to Junior All-State Showcase… Led football team in touchdowns in 1999 and 2000.
