Ticket Office Holiday Hours

The UK Athletics Ticket Office, located at the Joe Craft Center, has announced its hours for the final weeks of 2018 and the first days of 2019, as well as complete information on how to pick up tickets purchased from Kentucky’s VRBO Citrus Bowl allotment.

Dec. 17-21 – Open (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Dec. 24-27 – Closed
Dec. 28 – Open (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) 
Dec. 29 – Joe Craft Center ticket office windows open 10 a.m. until halftime for women’s basketball game vs. Sacred Heart (11:30 a.m. tipoff). No phone hours.
Dec. 31-Jan. 1 – Closed
Jan. 2 – Regular hours resume (weekdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
 
VRBO Citrus Bowl tickets, purchased directly through the UK Ticket Office and selected for Will Call, may be picked up Dec. 17-21 or on Dec. 28. Tickets not picked up by Friday, Dec. 28 at 4 p.m. will be transferred to Orlando for pickup on game day at Kentucky’s designated Will Call window at the North Box Office (adjacent to Gate A) of Camping World Stadium. Kentucky’s game day Will Call location will open at 10:30 a.m. followed by stadium gates at 11 a.m. Fans may contact the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 (Option 4) for more information.
