Team Records and Series Notes  

  • Kentucky moved to 22-9 and Arkansas fell to 12-20.
  • In the SEC Tournament:
    • Kentucky is 45-45 in all-time Southeastern Conference Tournament games.
    • Kentucky has won eight of the last 11 games in the SEC Tournament.
    • The Wildcats are 13-11 in the first round.
    • This marked Kenny Brooks’ first win in the SEC Tournament, moving to 1-1.
  • Kenny Brooks is in his second season as the head coach of the Wildcats, holding a 45-17 record in Blue and White.
  • He is 562-221 in his 24th overall season as a head coach.
  • Kentucky leads Arkansas in the all-time series, 29-16.
    • UK leads UA, 3-1, in all-time SEC Tournament games.

    • This is UK’s third starting lineup this season.

    • Amelia Hassett was the first player to score for Kentucky for the fourth time this season.

  • Two players broke Kentucky’s single-game, three-point school record in today’s game.
    • First Asia Boone broke the school record in the first half with her 85th 3 of the season, then Amelia Hassett broke the school record with her 86th 3.
    • They’re currently tied at 86.
  • Kentucky produced three double-doubles in the game (Clara Strack, Jordan Obi and Tonie Morgan).
    • The last time UK had three players with a double-double in the same game was vs. Morehead State on Nov. 18, 2015.
  • UK had 22 assists, its most in an SEC Tournament game since dishing out 22 against Florida on March 3, 2026.
  • The Wildcats outrebounded the Razorbacks by 25 (52-27).

 

Player Notes

  • Clara Strack, junior center, had 20 points and 13 rebounds for her 14th double-double of the season.
    • It marked her second straight 20+ point game and her eighth this season.
    • She added three blocks to extend her single-season school record to 80.
  • Asia Boone, a junior guard, had 10 points on three 3s and a FT.
    • She and Amelia Hassett are tied with the single-season school record in 3s (86).
    • She has made multiple 3s in 24-of-31 games this season.
      • This is her 20th game this season with at least three 3s, which is the most in a single season by a UK player since at least 2002-03.
    • She has made at least three 3s in nine of her last 10 games.
    • She added four assists and two steals.
  • Amelia Hassett, senior forward, had 18 points on a career-high-tying six 3s.
    • She and Asia Boone are tied with the single-season school record in 3s (86).
    • She has made multiple 3s in 25-of-31 games this season.
    • She also eclipsed 1,500 career points.
    • She added five rebounds, two blocks and one assist.
  • Tonie Morgan, senior guard, had 14 points and 10 assists for her seventh double-double of the season all on points and assists.
    • Morgan now has 10 games with at least 10 assists, which leads the country.
    • Morgan is the second player in league history with at least 400 points and 250 assists in a single season (also LSU’s Tameka Johnson in 2003-04).
    • She added six rebounds.
  • Jordan Obi, senior guard, had 14 points and 10 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season.
  • Teonni Key, senior forward, had 12 points on a perfect 5-of-5, adding five rebounds and an assist.
  • Josie Gilvin, senior guard, had four points, a UK-high four rebounds and a UK-high three assists and one steal.
