1998-99 – Steady contributor in the sprint freestyles… Member of the 200 and 400 freestyle relays that met NCAA “B” cuts and finished 18th and 21st at NCAAs respectively… Member of UK’s school 400 freestyle relay team that broke the UK school record… Finished 15th in the 50 freestyle, 20th in the 100 freestyle, and 30th in the 200 freestyle at the SEC Championships… Member of the 200 freestyle relay that finished third at SECs… Named honorable mention Academic All-American.

1997-98 – All-America selection in 200 freestyle relay… Helped set two school records in freestyle relay events…Swam 200 and 400 free relays at NCAA Championships… Helped UK team finish third in 200 and 400 free relays at SECs… Came in 15th in 100 free at SEC Championships.

1996-97 – Met NCAA “B” cut in the 50 and 100 freestyles… Member of school record-setting 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams… Finished ninth in the 100 free, 13th in the 50 free, and 24th in the 100 backstroke at the SEC meet… Finished second in the 50 and 100 free at the Nike Cup… Won the 50 free in three meets… Ranks in UK’s top 10 in two events… Named team’s Most Improved Swimmer.

Pre-College – Swam the 100 freestyle and 100 backstroke at the State Championships while at Bloomington High School… Honorable mention All-State… Captained high school team senior year… Won team’s 100% Effort and MVP awards… Swam for the MCA Swim Team under Coach Christy Vitek.
