Kentucky Opens Five-Game Home Stretch With Murray State

No. 24 Kentucky returns to Kentucky Proud Park to start a five-game home stretch Tuesday night when Murray State travels east across the Commonwealth looking for the upset.

First pitch is at 6:30 p.m. ET, will stream on the SECN+ and audio air on the UK Sports Network, UKathletics.com app and 98.5 FM in Lexington.

Freshman RHP Nate Harris will draw the fourth start of his career. He is 3-0 with a 2.08 earned run average in 13.0 innings with nine strikeouts and six hits allowed.

Over the weekend, UK (14-4, 1-2 SEC) dropped two of three at No. 3 Georgia to open Southeastern Conference play. Although the Bulldogs’ potent offense was able to continue humming, the Wildcats’ offense also proved explosive while scoring 26 runs in a variety of ways.

After Tuesday night’s contest UK will host No. 16 Auburn this weekend.
