2009-10 (Junior): Cross Country – Scored in each meet of the season for UK except the NCAA Southeast Regional when he fell sick just prior to the race, yet still competed … At SEC Championships, placed fourth on the team and 42nd overall in an 8K time of 26:31 … Placed fifth on the team and 59th overall at the 8K Greater Louisville Classic, finishing the course in 25:19.92 … At the 5-mile Old Timers Classic, finished fourth on the team and 10th overall ending his run in 26:13. Outdoor – Competed solely in the 1,500m run … At the Pepsi Florida Relays ran a season-best time of 3:57.68. Indoor – Put together his best performance of the season at the SEC Championships in the mile run with a time of 4:20.23.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Cross Country – Did not compete. Indoor – Competed in the 800m, mile and 3,000m runs … Turned in season-best mile time of 4:21.72 at the McCravy Memorial Meet. Outdoor – Ran personal-best 1,500m time of 3:58.24 at SEC Championships … Posted personal-best 800m time at EKU Open crossing the line in 1:55.51.
2007-08 (Freshman): Cross Country – Competed in all six races for UK … Best finish was at 4-mile Eastern Kentucky Invitational, finishing at a time of 19:50 good for sixth on the team and 12th overall.
