- Meet & Greet
- Warm up
- Speed, Agility & Strength Testing + Training
- Focusing On: Proper Running Mechanics, Change of Direction Mechanics, Plyometric Drills, Strength Training, Injury Prevention Protocols
- Mobility & Cool Down
- Q&A Session
- Within 2-3 weeks of the camp’s completion, we will provide follow-up programming for each student athlete based on their evaluation during the camp.
- This camp will be programmed and led by the Strength and Conditioning Coaching Staff at The University of Kentucky:

Time: 1:00 – 4:00pm EST

- Location: Nutter Trainer Center (720 Sport Center Drive, Lexington KY 40502)
- Please arrive for check-in 30 minutes prior to camp start
