Appeared in five meets for TCU … made his 2023 outdoor debut at the Michael Johnson Invitational where he was part of the third-place 4×400 team that ran a 3:04.30 … won the 2023 Penn Relays 4×400 Championship, the first 4×400 title for TCU since 2008 … garnered bronze as a member of the 4×400 relay at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) … placed 12th at the NCAA West Preliminary in the 4×400 (3:05.20) to advance to Nationals … earned Second Team All-American honors after finishing 14th in the men’s 4×400 with a season-best 3:02.62 at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships (June 7-10).

Ran at the Arkansas Invitational … finished fourth overall in the 400m with a time of 47.93 … placed seventh overall in the 4×00 with a time of 3:15.18 (Jan. 13).

Raced in eight meets for the Horned Frogs … part of the third-place 4×400 relay team that ran a 3:05.02 at the Big 12 Championships … ran a season-best time of 46.18 in the 400m at the Big 12 Championships … kicked off the season with a win in the 400m at the Longhorn Invitational with a time of 47.51 … placed fifth in the 400m with a time of 46.45 at the Jim Click Shootout.
