Rotational Speed & Power Camp

- This camp is designed to help improve strength, speed, agility and mobility specific to rotational sport athletes by focusing on:
· Proper running mechanics
· Change of direction mechanics
· Plyometric drills
· Strength training
· Injury prevention protocols - Coaches Ryan DeVreindt and Brent Jones are Strength and Conditioning Coaches at The University of Kentucky. Together they will program and lead this camp on a day to day basis.
