Kentucky Soccer Speed and Agility Camp
This camp is designed to help you improve your speed and agility by focusing on:
· Proper running mechanics
· Change of direction mechanics
· Plyometric drills
· Strength training
· Injury prevention protocols
Coaches Brent Jones and Gaby Smith are Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coaches working with the Kentucky Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams. They specialize in speed, agility, and plyometric training to help increase soccer players’ speed and agility performance.
During this camp, Coach Jones and Coach Smith will coach and introduce speed and agility drills used by Kentucky’s Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams. They will also measure and assess your:
· 10 yd sprint time
· 40 yd sprint time
· Agility drill time
· General movement patterns
