  • Scored 4,346 women’s pentathlon points to win the first Southeastern Conference gold medal of her career, shattering her personal best by 173 points.
  • Williams broke Precious Nwokey’s 12-year-old school record by 161 points to lead the all-time performers list
  • Placed 2nd and set a career best throw of 44’11.5″/13.70m in the shot put at the Commonwealth College Opener.
  • Placed 10th with a throw of 39’7″/12.06m in the shot put at the Rod McCravy Memorial.
  • Placed 8th with a jump of 5’6″/1.68m in the high jump at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

2021-22 (Junior) 


  • Competed in long jump at NCAA East Prelims 
  • Earned long jump personal best at the Kentucky Invitational (20’7”/6.27m) 
  • Threw for a personal best in the javelin (143’11”/43.86m) with her third-place finish at the Joe May Invitational and earned an all-conditions personal best in the long jump (20’3.75”/6.19mw) 


  • Placed sixth with 4,072 points in the pentathlon at SEC Championships, accompanied a first-place finish and personal best in the pentathlon shot put (43’1”/13.13m) and finished second place in the pentathlon high jump 
  • Won the pentathlon at the McCravy meet with a score of 3,882 
  • Finished fifth in the shot put (40’3.07”/12.27m), competed in the 60m hurdles and 4x400m relay at the Cardinal Classic

2020-21 (Sophomore)

  • First-team All-America in the pentathlon 
  • Finished sixth at the NCAA Championships with a personal-best 4173 points, the No. 2 mark in school history 
  • Notched a fourth-place finish at the SEC Championships with 4004 points 
  • Her high jump of 5’11.25”/1.81m at the NCAA Championships ranks No. 3 in school history  


  • Placed 11th in the high jump at NCAA Championships, named second-team All-America, 5’11.25″/1.81m 
  • Finished fifth in the heptathlon at the SEC Championships; her personal-best total of 5530 points ties for No. 2 in school history 
  • Her high jump of 6’0”/1.83m at the SECs is a personal best and ties for the No. 2 outdoor leap in school history
