2002 (Sophomore): Started all 12 games … Caught 22 passes for 276 yards and two touchdowns … Best game was four catches for 63 yards against Middle Tennessee … Hauled in TDs in consecutive games against South Carolina and Arkansas … Extremely valuable on special teams … An ace cover man on the punt team … Made seven tackles and provided excellent coverage as he helped the Wildcats set a school record for team net punting average … Also recovered a fumbled punt at Arkansas, helping set up a touchdown in Kentucky’s 29-17 upset of the Razorbacks … A blocker on the kickoff return unit that helped Derek Abney have two KOR touchdowns.

2001 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in all 11 games, started the last five, and emerged as a significant contributor in the stretch of the season … Season totals feature 20 receptions for 298 yards, a 14.9-yard average, and three touchdowns … 14 of his receptions came in the last three games of the season … Caught five passes for 77 yards and his first two collegiate TDs in the win at Vanderbilt … Caught seven balls for 115 yards, both career highs, in the finale at Indiana.

High School: A wide receiver/defensive back who moved to quarterback his senior season at Victoria (Tex.)
