• A two-sport athlete who also shined in basketball at the 3A level in the Sunshine State
• Started one season at quarterback at Eastside High School under Harold “Gator” Hoskins
• Led the Rams to a 9-3 mark, their third district title in four years, and the second round of the playoffs as a senior in 2025
• Passed for 1482 yards and 21 touchdowns against just three interceptions
• Added six rushing touchdowns
• Prior to Eastside, started as a quarterback under head coach Ian Scott at Gainesville High School
• Excelled in the classroom, earning a 4.6 weighted GPA
• Named to the National Honors Society
• Chose Kentucky over Stetson
