2013-14
Cross Country (Senior) – All-America selection for the second straight season after overcoming an untimely fall to finish 13th at a cold, muddy NCAA Championships … Named to the All-Southeast Region team after she showed an incredible kick to finish second at NCAA Southeast Regionals, earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. … All-Southeastern Conference selection, as she placed seventh at SECs … Won two meets, and finished in the top-10 at all but one of the competitions she entered, the execption being the NCAA Championships … Named USTFCCCA National Runner of the Week and SEC Runner of the Week after she won the Bluegrass Invitational with the nation’s fastest 5,000-meter time all season: 16:32.1 … Also won the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree.

2012-13
Outdoor (Junior)- Set UK mile record 4:37.75 in win at the Heart of the Bluegrass Classic … That mile time converted to 1,500 meters makes her No. 3 Wildcat at distance all-time … SEC scorer in both the 5 and 10K … Top 5K time 16:04.24 came at one of the nation’s top early-season distance meets, the Stanford Invitational … Top 5K time makes her the No. 4 Wildcat at distance all-time … Ranked No. 4 and No. 6 at 5K and 1500M in SEC respectively … Anchored UK’s second-place DMR at Penn Relays.

Indoor (Senior)- All-American at 3,000 meters and in the distance medley relay … SEC 3K champion … SEC scorer in the mile, where she finished fourth … Won five individual events … Husky Classic 3K-winning time of 8:59.98 set a new Kentucky indoor record previously held by three-time 5K NCAA champion Valarie McGovern … Husky Classic 3K time was third-fastest in the nation that season… One of just three collegiate runners to break nine minutes at 3K in 2013 … Won Kentucky Invitational mile in January … Ran opening leg for UK DMR to qualify UK for NCAA Championships with school-record time 11:00.33 … Ran anchor leg for UK’s All-America team at NCAAs.

Cross Country (Junior)- Enjoyed one of the most successful seasons in school history as she flourished under a new coaching staff … Won the SEC Championship and NCAA Southeast Regional … Named First Team All-American after finishing sixth with school-record 19:42.2 6K at NCAA Championships in Louisville … Finished in the top-10 at every race in 2012 … Won three races (SEC, NCAA Regional and Belmont Opener) … Won CATSPY Performance of the Year and Athlete of the Year.

2011-12 (Junior)
Outdoor- Did not compete.

Indoor- Produced UK’s best 3,000 meter time of 9:26.07 at the Husky Classic … Was part of the best Distance Medley Relay of the season running the first leg (11:31.07) at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational … Finished seventh in the DMR at the SEC Championships.

2010-11 (Sophomore)
Cross Country- Had her best time of the season at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 18:11 … Crossed the finish line with a top-10 finish at the San Francisco Invitational, finishing in ninth … Led Kentucky at the SEC Championship with a personal-best time in the 6K, crossing in 21:24.47 … Had the fastest time for the Wildcats in the SEC Championship held in Columbia, S.C., and the 13th fastest time overall … Finished in 11th place overall in the Iona College Meet of Champions, a 6K race, with a time of 22:29.00 … Finished in the top-70 in every race of the season, including three top-15 finishes.

Indoor- Led the Wildcats’ distance runners in the one-mile run, 3,000m run and 5,000m run … Recorded her first career victory in the women’s one-mile run with a personal-best time of 4:48.70 at the Rod McCravy Memorial … Led UK in the 3,000m run at the Husky Classic with a season-best time of 9:24.92 … Finished the 5,000m run at the Alex Wilson Invitational in 16:33.96.

Outdoor- One of the Wildcats’ top distance runners as a sophomore … Led Kentucky in the 1,500m run and 5,000m run … Kentucky’s top 1,500m runner at the Florida Relays, finishing in a time of 4:24.32 … Finished first among Kentucky runners in the 5,000m run at the Payton Jordan Invite, earning a season-best time of 16:19.13, the fourth best time in program history.

2009-10 (Freshman)
Cross Country– Finished in the top two for UK in final four meets of firstseason in the Blue and White, claiming top team honors twice … Earned All-SEC Freshman Team honors at conference meet clocking in with a 6K time of 22:16 to place second on the team 19th overall …At NCAA Southeast Regional stopped the clock at 21:42, finishing second on the team and 40th overall … Honored as the SEC Cross Country Female Freshman of the Week for her performance in the 5K Greater Louisville Classic as the Wildcats’ top runner for the second consecutive race, finishing 12th overall in a time of 17:44.17…Crossed the finish line as the third true freshman out of 291 competitors at the GLC … Paced the Cats on the 5K Old Timers Classic course by placing fourth overall in a time of 18:13.Indoor – Earned All-SEC Freshman honors foran eighth place performance in the 3,000m run with a time of 10:02.84 …Posted a season-best mark earlier in the year at the Husky Classic with ateam-best time of 9:46.03 in the 3,000m run … Claimed the third-besttime on the team in the mile run at 5:02.22 at the Virginia Tech EliteMeet.
