Outdoor 

  • Earned personal bests in the 800m (2:07.30) and 1500m (4:17.25) at Florida Relays, becoming fifth all-time in program history in the 1500m 

Indoor 

  • Ran in the fifth place DMR (11:02.41) at NCAA Indoor Championships, becoing a first-team All-American 

  • Earned a bronze medal in the DMR at SEC Championships with the second fastest DMR i UKTF history (11:00.18), made mile finals and raced in the 3000m 

  • Placed fourth in the mile at the Music City Challenge with the second-best mile in UKTF history (4:38.13) 

  • Made indoor season debut in the mile with her best season-opening time of her career (4:43.40) and competed in the 4x400m relay at the Jim Green Invitational 

  • Earned a personal best in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational  

Cross Country 

  • Ran for 11th place (20:27.3) at NCAA Southeast Regionals in the women’s 6K, earning All-Region honors 

  • Finished 15th at SEC Championships (20:41.7), coming in second for the Cats 

  • Placed 63rd (20:47.9) in the 6K at FSU Pre-Nationals 

  • Made season debut at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, finishing 53rd of 192 with a time of 17:04.7 

2020-21 (Graduate) 
Cross Country 

  • Graduate transfer from Clemson 

  • Led Kentucky in all four meets, finishing in the top five in every event 

  • Silver medalist at the SEC Championships, covering 6000m in 19:58.0; earned first-team All-SEC honors for that performance 

  • Led Kentucky to a fourth-place team finish, team’s best since 2013 

  • Won the “Live in Lou” Classic, coming from behind to win the 5K run in 16:51.4; her first collegiate cross-country victory 

  • Second place at the 6K Blazer Classic and fifth at the Commodore Classic 

 Indoor 

  • Competed in five meets, including the SEC Championships 

  • Won the mile run at South Carolina Invitational with a personal best time of 4:42.92, a mark that ranks No. 8 on the all-time UK list 

  • Also won the mile run at the McCravy-Green Invitational 

 2016-20 at Clemson 

  • Competed in cross country, indoor and outdoor track 

  • Won the 800m at the 2020 Clemson Orange & Purple Elite, her first collegiate victory 

  • Personal best 2:12.43 in the 800m at the 2020 Clemson Invitational
