Kentucky Baseball Earns NCAA Tournament At-Large Bid

Kentucky has made history.

The Wildcats received an at-large bid to the 2025 NCAA Tournament on Monday, marking the first time in program history it has advanced to the postseason three consecutive seasons. It will open NCAA play vs. West Virginia on Friday in the Clemson Regional. Clemson is the host and will face USC Upstate.

The Cats are a No. 3 seed after a 29-24 season that featured so many big victories and narrow defeats. UK had 11 victories over teams that made a regional and the eighth-most difficult schedule.
