UKTF Set for NCAA Outdoor Championships

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky track and field will conclude the 2024 season this week at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field from Wednesday, June 5 to Saturday, June 8 in Eugene, Oregon.

Eighteen Wildcats, nine from both the women’s and men’s teams qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships after finishing in the top 12 of their respective individual and relay events at the NCAA East First Rounds at the UK Track & Field Complex two weeks ago.

The men will compete on Wednesday and Friday while the women compete on Thursday and Saturday. The first two days of the meet are preliminary days for the running events with the semifinals taking place while field events will be final.

UKTF will start the competition with the men’s 4×100 meter relay on Wednesday at 7:32 p.m. ET/4:32 p.m. PT.

The women will start with the hammer throw on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. ET/3:00 p.m. PT.

Live results can be found here and the event will be broadcast on ESPN2 from Wednesday to Friday and on ESPN on Saturday.
