Kentucky STUNT Beats Central Arkansas on Friday

NASHVILLE – The Kentucky STUNT team extended its winning streak to six games on Friday morning, topping Central Arkansas 21-1 in the Music City Classic.

Kentucky (11-4) started off the first quarter, partner stunts, by falling behind early. However, the Cats rallied to take the final two points of the quarter and held a 2-1 lead after the first stanza.

In the second quarter, pyramids and tosses. Kentucky bounced back in a big way. The Cats took all four points in the period to build a 6-1 lead at halftime.

The third quarter, jumps and tumbling, Kentucky continued to pull away from Central Arkansas. UK won points on all four routines in the period, while UCA did not tally a point. Kentucky led 10-1 after three quarters.

Kentucky sealed the victory in the fourth quarter, team routine. The Cats earned 11 points in the quarter, one short of the maximum available, while holding Central Arkansas to no points in the period.

UK returns to action on Saturday, as the Cats complete play in the Music City Classic by facing top-ranked California Baptist at 4:40 p.m. ET.
