As a team, the Cats sit 14th after posting a 10-over-par 290 after the first 18 holes.

The Cats, who will be paired with South Carolina, tee off in second-round play starting at 9:10 a.m. Thursday. The final round of stroke play will take place Friday before the top eight teams advance to match play over the weekend.

Goff continued his standout senior campaign Wednesday, carding two birdies and two bogeys on his opening nine before using three birdies on a bogey-free second nine to post the 3-under 67.
