Vertical Jump Camp
This camp is designed to help you increase your vertical jump by focusing on:

  • Proper jumping mechanics
  • Injury prevention protocols
  • Strength training
  • Power & Plyometric drills

Coach John Spurlock is the Director of Strength & Conditioning and works specifically with the Kentucky Volleyball team. He specializes in power and plyometric training to help increase the volleyball players’ vertical jump performance.
During this camp, Coach Spurlock will measure and assess your:

  • Standing vertical jump
  • Approach vertical jump
  • Movement patterns
