Outdoor – NCAA East Prelims qualifier in the hammer throw, placing 44th … Tossed a hammer-throw PR 204’4″/62.28m to place third at Virginia Challenge … 14th in both the hammer and discus at SECs.
Indoor – Placed 11th in the weighth throw and 14th in the shot put at SECs

2014-15 (Freshman)
Outdoor – Placed fourth at USATF Junior Championships in Oregon with a hammer throw of 219’9″/66.98m … 13th in the HT at SECs with a PR 188’8″/57.50m … Also threw a discus PR at SECs, 156’7″/47.73m
Indoor – 12th at SECs in the weight throw with a PR 61’6.75″/18.76m.

Prior to UK
Finished second in the state in the discus as a sophomore, and now owns the nation’s third-best prep weight throw this 2014 season (76’6″), a mark which leads the state of Ohio. He also has the No. 8 shot put among high school competitors this season (62’3″). His best of 189’10” in the discus is a school record and the leading mark for an American high school sophomore in 2012. A high school teammate of UK All-American Brad Szypka, Bryer won 11 events just in the 2014 season to go along with six titles combined both indoors and outdoors in 2013.
