Kentucky Women’s Basketball Finalizes Nonconference Schedule
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky women’s basketball program put the finishing touches on its nonconference schedule for 2026-27, which features five 2026 NCAA Tournament teams and the 2026 Women’s National Invitation Tournament Champions.
The full nonconference schedule is as follows:
- Monday, Nov. 2 vs. Morehead State (Historic Memorial Coliseum / Lexington, Ky.)
- Thursday, Nov. 5 vs. NKU (Historic Memorial Coliseum / Lexington, Ky.)
- Sunday, Nov. 8 vs. NC State (Spectrum Center / Charlotte, N.C.)
- Wednesday, Nov. 11 vs. Evansville (Historic Memorial Coliseum / Lexington, Ky.)
- Sunday, Nov. 15 vs. Eastern Michigan (Historic Memorial Coliseum / Lexington, Ky.)
- Friday, Nov. 20 vs. Marshall (Historic Memorial Coliseum / Lexington, Ky.)
- Friday, Nov. 27 vs. Maine (Ocean Center / Daytona Beach, Fla.)
- Saturday, Nov. 28 vs. South Dakota State (Ocean Center / Daytona Beach, Fla.)
- Thursday, Dec. 3 vs. Clemson (Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center / Lexington, Ky.)
- Sunday, Dec. 6 vs. Bellarmine (Historic Memorial Coliseum / Lexington, Ky.)
- Wednesday, Dec. 9 vs. Louisville (Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center / Lexington, Ky.)
- Sunday, Dec. 13 at Le Moyne (Donald J. Savage ’51 Basketball Arena / Syracuse, N.Y.)
- Sunday, Dec. 20 vs. Virginia (Bridgestone Arena / Nashville, Tenn.)
- Monday, Dec. 28 vs. Kent State (Historic Memorial Coliseum / Lexington, Ky.)

Nonconference Schedule Notes:
- 14 nonconference games
- Nine home + four neutral site + one true road
- Two national TV showcases (Ally Tipoff, Sprouts Farmers Market espnW Invitational)
- Five 2026 NCAA Tournament opponents (NC State, South Dakota State, Clemson, Louisville, Virginia), including two 2026 Sweet Sixteen opponents (Louisville, Virginia)
- Four Power 4 opponents
- 10 non-Power 4 opponents, who:
- One won the 2026 Women’s National Invitation Tournament (Marshall)
- One won the 2026 Summit League Tournament Championship to punch its ticket to the 2026 NCAA Tournament (South Dakota State)
- Seven tied or had a winning record in their conference last season (Morehead State, NKU, Marshall, Maine, South Dakota State, Le Moyne, Kent State)
- Four in-state opponents (Morehead State, Northern Kentucky, Bellarmine, Louisville), while also playing two neighboring programs (Evansville, Marshall)
- One true road game at Le Moyne in Syracuse, New York, partially in an effort to get three players – who played high school basketball and / or are from New York – closer to home for a contest (Clara Strack, Emily McDonald, Savvy Swords)
- Two games will be hosted at Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center (Clemson, Louisville), which will be included in season ticket packages

Season Tickets
Season ticket renewals for the upcoming season are available through tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 28. Fans can sign into their UK Athletics Accounts. Fans who were not previously season ticket holders are interested for the upcoming season can place a $0 deposit through their UK Athletics Account to secure a spot in line, and the UK Ticket Office will be in touch this fall.
