• A three-year starter for head coach Eddie Eviston at Covington Catholic
• Played his freshman season at Beechwood, helping the Tigers win the 2002 Class 2A state championship title
• Transferred to CovCath in 2023 and was a two-way player at both quarterback and safety for the Colonels
• Completed 121 of his 188 pass attempts for 1,914 yards and 15 touchdowns with just six interceptions as a senior (64.4 percent completion rate)
• Also rushed 128 times for 1,002 yards and 12 rushing TDs
• Became the only quarterback in program history to exceed 1,000 yards in both passing and rushing in the same season and he did it twice (2024, 2025)
• Earned First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Region and First Team All-Area as a junior and senior
• Was named one of 10 finalists for Northern Kentucky Offensive Player of the Year as a senior
• Helped Covington Catholic finish 9-4 overall with an appearance in the Regional Finals in 2025
• As a junior, led CovCath to the Class 4A state semifinals
• Combined for 6,855 passing and rushing yards during his prep career
• Also an excellent basketball player who averaged 15.8 points per game and was named Region Most Valuable Player as a senior
• Chose Kentucky over Louisville
