ErynnLove
- title Director of Recruiting
Erynn Love is in her first season with Kentucky Football in 2026 as the Director of Recruiting. She works closely with the director of player personnel Jerrett McElwain and is responsible for all aspects of football recruiting.
Love brings a strong background in recruiting operations, event coordination and prospect engagement to the Bluegrass.
She recently worked with the Tulsa football program, serving as the director of on-campus recruiting in 2025. She was a key contributor in the implementation of the innovative “Portal House,” a centralized recruiting hub during the NCAA transfer portal window. The rented space functioned as an all-in-one operation for prospect evaluation, recruiting coordination and on-site hosting, allowing staff to streamline communication and enhance the overall visit experience.
Because of her efforts, Tulsa’s 2026 recruiting class saw measurable improvement from the previous year, rising approximately 30 spots and finishing among the top 80 classes nationally.
At Tulsa, she also oversaw recruiting budgets and expenses and coordinated all on-campus recruiting logistics and communication. Additionally, she supervised recruiting and personnel pathways for students and played a key role in gameday recruiting operations.
During the 2024 season, she served in the same role at North Carolina, where she was responsible for organizing official and unofficial visits, coordinating gameday recruiting logistics, and managing communication between recruiting staff and support personnel. She also supervised interns and gameday assistants, while assisting with creative recruiting initiatives, including photoshoots and graphics.
With her assistance, the Tarheels’ 2025 recruiting class ranked among the top 30 nationally according to 247Sports Composite, while their transfer class was No. 9 by 247Sports.
Love began her career in recruiting at her alma mater Tennessee, serving as a recruiting analyst for the Volunteers from March 2023 to August 2024. In that role, she supported recruiting operations for position coaches, coordinated on-campus visits and events, and built relationships with prospects and their families. She also contributed to creative direction for recruiting materials and assisted with daily logistics, including vendor coordination and event setup.
