December UK Dance Team Prospect Clinic

Interested in becoming a member of the University of Kentucky Dance Team? If so, make plans to attend our prospect clinic on December 6th, 2025, at Sports Center 3801 Mall Rd #175 Lexington Ky, 40503 (new location).  Open to 8th graders-college students. Secure your spot now!

Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their skills throughout the day and receive expert instruction from the University of Kentucky coaching staff. All participants will learn material that includes dance combos, game day material, technical skills, master class and much more!  50 solo spots are available for current Juniors, Seniors and college students. A waitlist will become available if needed. If you are placed on the waitlist and a spot opens, you will be emailed and asked if you want it. To secure your spot you must pay the solo fee.  Each soloist will have ONLY 45 seconds to perform.  Music should not exceed 45 seconds but can be under 45 seconds. All song choices should be clean and family appropriate. We will reply to let you know your music has been received and/or let you know if there are any issues.  Performance order will be emailed out. Solos are a chance for you to show what makes you unique!

During prospect clinics coaching staff will pass out “WILDCAT-passes” to the top dancers as well as future clinic invites.  A “WILDCAT” pass means you are invited to the final rounds of auditions, and you do not have to submit a video tape as the first step of auditions. Signings to UKDT by coaches may also be made!
