- ATM
- The nearest ATM is located in the Bill Gatton Student Center, located on Avenue of Champions. The student center is within walking distance from Memorial Coliseum.
- CODE OF CONDUCT
- In order to keep Women’s Basketball games as enjoyable as possible for all, the University of Kentucky asks that all patrons respect those around them. The University of Kentucky reserves the right to remove any individual from Memorial Coliseum who displays conduct that may endanger or disrupt players, coaches, officials, or other patrons. No refunds are given in such cases
- CONCESSIONS
- Aramark is the concessions and hospitality provider of UK Athletics.
- As the Official Fuel Partner of the University of Kentucky, Kroger’s popular Simply Truth will have a presence on match day in the Memorial Coliseum concessions stands.
- Aramark uses nonprofit organizations to operate the Concession stands at all of the UK Athletics events and in return, the organizations receive a percentage of the sales generated from the stand(s) that they operate. No organization is too big or small to fundraise here. Aramark uses groups as small as four people for some stands and up to twenty people for the bigger stands. If you and your organization are interested in fundraising, please email Taylor Lander (Lander-Taylor@aramark.com) for more details and hopefully to sign up!
- Concessions are available throughout the concourse level
- CREDIT CARDS
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted at all merchandise and concession stands, as well as the ticket office windows.
- DISABLED GUEST SERVICES
- Accessible seating is available throughout Memorial Coliseum on concourse level in sections H, J, U, and V as well as on the north balcony
- All accessible seating is reserved. Those fans needing a wheelchair space or accessible seating should visit or call the UK Ticket Office at (859) 257-1818 prior to match day.
- Disabled parking is available in the parking lot located north of the Joe Craft Center. A member of our Event Staff along with posted signage and reserved parking stalls will assist you in finding this area.
- ENTRY
- Women’s Basketball fans may enter Memorial Coliseum from three different locations:
- The Lexington Avenue Entrance: Located on the west side of Memorial Coliseum, directly off Lexington Avenue. This entrance is recommended for fans that sit in sections A-J, AA-JJ or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot, the Transit Center or the High Street Lot.
- Those that are picking up their tickets at Will Call or those that wish to purchase tickets, please enter Memorial Coliseum via. the Lexington Avenue Entrance and follow directional signage to find the correct location to pick-up or purchase your tickets.
- The Rose Street Entrance: Located on the east side of Memorial Coliseum, closest to Rose Street. This entrance is recommended for fans that sit in sections T-X, R-Z, RR-ZZ or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot, on Linden Walk or in Parking Structure #2.
- For fans that receive tickets through that UK or Visiting Team pass list, please enter Memorial Coliseum via. the Rose Street Entrance and follow directional signage to find the correct location to pick-up or purchase your tickets.
- The Avenue of Champions/Euclid Entrance: Located on the South Side of Memorial Coliseum, directly off of Avenue of Champions/Euclid Avenue. This entrance is recommended for fans that ride the Parking Structure #5 shuttle.
- The Lexington Avenue Entrance: Located on the west side of Memorial Coliseum, directly off Lexington Avenue. This entrance is recommended for fans that sit in sections A-J, AA-JJ or that park in the Joe Craft Center Lot, the Transit Center or the High Street Lot.
- Women’s Basketball fans may enter Memorial Coliseum from three different locations:
- FIRST AID
- Event Management and UK Security will assist anyone needing medical attention. The First Aid room is located on concourse level behind Section A in the southwest corner of Memorial Coliseum
- FAMILY RESTROOMS
- If you are in need of a family restroom during your visit to Memorial Coliseum, please locate one of the members of our Event Staff team for assistance.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER
- In cases of severe weather, your safety is out utmost importance. Announcements will be made to all spectators regarding any evacuation procedures.
- LOST AND FOUND
- We ask all patrons to turn in any found items to a member of the UK Athletics Event Staff. On game day, items may be retrieved at the Guest Services desk located at the Lexington Avenue Entrance.
- Following the game, please contact the University of Kentucky Police Department ((859)257-UKPD(8573) to inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items.
- MERCHANDISE
- Apparel vending is available through the UK Team Shop which sells merchandise on both the east and west concourse across from the concession stand
- MOTHERS’ AREA
- In an effort to make Memorial Coliseum a family friendly environment for our fans, we will be dedicating a convenient, semiprivate area in the women’s restrooms for nursing mothers. For additional information, please reach out to the Women’s Basketball event management contact.
- NOISE LEVEL
- All noise levels at Memorial Coliseum meet the acceptable decibel level. If this level is exceeds your comfort level, please see one of our bookstore locations, location on the east and west concourse, for a complementary pair of earplugs to ease the volume to your preferred level.
- PARKING
- General spectator parking is available in nearby surface lots, adjacent to Memorial Coliseum. All Employee lots go off patrol 3 hrs. prior to the start of the match. Spectators may also park in the South Limestone Garage (Parking Structure 5), or Parking Structure 2. A shuttle is available from the South Limestone Garage (Parking Structure 5) and is free of charge to all patrons attending the match.
- There are a handful of occasions throughout the season when campus events overlap with athletics events, causing traffic congestion around Memorial Coliseum. For the most up-to-date campus schedule, please visit the University of Kentucky Master Calendar (https://calendar.uky.edu/) when planning your trip to Memorial Coliseum.

- The Bill Gatton Student Center is available as a pay-to-park option. Availability is based on the Gatton Student Center Event Schedule.

- For security reasons, all persons and bags entering Memorial Coliseum are subject to search.
- SHUTTLES
- Shuttles are available free of charge from the South Limestone Garage and from the High Street Lot.

- STUDENT SECTION
- In order to enhance the fan experience for our students, a new student entrance has been established at Memorial Coliseum. The new entrance, located at the Avenue of Champions entrance, will allow expedited entry for students entering with a UK Student ID.
- The student section is located on the west side of the Coliseum, in Section S. Please see the maps page to view the stadium diagram.
- SMOKING
- In accordance with the University of Kentucky’s Smoke-Free Campus Initiative, Tobacco products and electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside as well as outside of Memorial Coliseum and all University grounds
- TEAM & GUEST PASS LIST
- To gain entry via team pass list, please enter through the Rose Street Entrance. Each guest MUST show a photo ID at the pass list table.
- TICKETS
- Doors to Memorial Coliseum will open one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes prior to tip-off.
- All persons must have a ticket or credential to enter the Coliseum at all times (5 and under free in GA based upon availability)
- Faculty/Staff members with ID receive free admittance + one free guest
- Wildcat Sports Pass are NOT valid for free entry

- TICKET SCANNING
- Kentucky Athletics is excited to introduce ticket scanning at Memorial Coliseum this season. Season and single-game Women’s Basketball tickets will now be barcoded and scanned for validity at each venue’s entrance. By barcoding tickets, fans will soon have access to more ticket management features than ever before!
- In order to expedite entry into Memorial Coliseum, fans are encouraged to:
- Have their tickets out with the barcode facing staff ready to scan.
- Individually present each ticket (1 ticket per fan).
- Be aware of the venue’s bag policy and list of prohibited items.
- Arrive early and travel light to expedite the entry process and accommodate for possible delays.
- Ticket Scanning Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
- What if my ticket doesn’t scan?
- UK Athletics Event Staff at each gate will be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise upon entry. For further questions about ticket scanning problems, please visit the UK Ticket Office location near the entrance of the venue.
- I use a UK Faculty/Staff ID, Wildcat Sports Pass, K Fund Sports Pass or Junior Wildcat Club Pass for entry. Will I now need a ticket for admission?
- Entry will remain similar to years past for individuals who enter events using their UK Faculty/Staff ID, Wildcat Sports Pass, K Fund Sports Pass or Junior Wildcat Club pass. Simply show your pass to the staff member scanning at the gate. A ticket is not required for these individuals in the general admission seating areas of the venue.
- I have a child ages 5 and under. Will they now need a ticket for admission?
- Entry will remain similar to years past for children ages 5 and under. Simply notify the staff member scanning at the gate that you have a child ages 5 and under with you. A ticket is not required for these individuals in the general admission seating areas of the venue.
- I am a UK Student who uses a UK Student ID for entry. Will I now need a ticket for admission?
- Entry will remain similar to years past for UK Students. Your valid UK Student ID is all you need to enter the venue. No separate ticket will be required.
- Memorial Coliseum Only: In order to enhance the fan experience for our students, a new student entrance has been established at Memorial Coliseum. The new entrance, located at the Avenue of Champions entrance, will allow expedited entry for students entering with a UK Student ID. Signage indicating the student entrance will be displayed on the exterior of Memorial Coliseum.
