Ally McKeown

Ally McKeown, former Northwestern University women’s basketball administrative assistant (2024-25, 2025-26), was hired as the University of Kentucky women’s basketball operations coordinator in Summer 2026.
In her role as Kentucky women’s basketball’s operations coordinator, she assists the coaches, players and staff with the day-to-day operations of the program, including but not limited to coordinating team activities and service events, contributing to recruiting visits, and helping with meal and travel logistics.
She performed similar responsibilities during her two years with Northwestern, while also having a hand in alumni relations, managers, marketing and camps.
McKeown earned her undergraduate degree in communication studies and entrepreneurship from Northwestern in Spring 2024.
