2009: Red-shirted indoor and outdoor seasons … Represented Canada in the women’s 4x400m relay at the 2009 World Championships held in Berlin, Germany. The Canadian realy squad finished sixth in its preliminary heat with a time of 3:29.17 … Has competed in all four NCAA Championships for each season she has run in the Blue and White.

2008 (Sophomore): Outdoor – Finished third in the 400m dash final with a time of 52.95 at the Canadian Olympic Trials held in Windsor, Ontario, but did not attain the Olympic standard to qualify for the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing, China … At the 2008 North America, Central America and Caribbean (NACAC) Under-23 Track and Field Championships in Toluca, Mexico, posted two third-place finishes collecting the first bronze medal in the 400m dash finals with a time of 52.45 and collected the other after running the opening leg of the 4x400m relay helping the team finish third with a time of 3:35.26 … Placed sixth in her heat and 13th nationally in the 400m dash semifinals at the NCAA Championships with a time of 53.25 … At SEC Championships, placed third overall in the 400m with a season-best time of 52.77 … Also scored points as member of fifth-place 4x400m relay team (3:39.48) and seventh-place 4x100m relay team (45.48). Indoor – At NCAA Championships finished sixth overall in the 400m dash with a time of 53.15 to earn her first All-America honors … On final day of SEC championships, broke the UK 400m dash record for second time at the meet, improving her record in the event by 0.39 seconds, clocking in at 52.32 to finish third overall and earn an NCAA automatic bid while placing behind athletes that ran the top two times in the nation at the time … Also ran the opening leg of the 4x400m relay that finished fifth overall in a time of 3:38.10 at the league meet … At conference championships broke the 400 meter dash record for the second time in two meets edging her own top mark by 0.01 seconds crossing the line at 52.71 in the prelims … Also posted the third-best mark all-time in the 200m dash with a time of 24.03 at the SECs … Set the 400m dash school record at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 52.72 in the 400m dash prelims, breaking a decade-old record held by Roshell Russell (52.90) in 1998 … Named SEC Female Runner of the Week as a result of the time that ranked second nationally … Set another varsity record as a member of the 4x400m relay team at the Iowa State Qualifier tying the UK record time of 3:38.08 set in 1996.

2007 (Freshman): Outdoor – Shattered her lifetime personal-record time inthe 400-meter dash at the Pan Am Junior Athletics Championships and became the first female UK runner in school history to break the 52-second mark as she finished second in the finals of the event. Competing as a member of Team Canada, broke the school record and her own freshman school record with a time of 51.91 … Member of the Team Canada 4x400m relay team that finished fourth in the finals of the Pan Am Junior Athletics Championships running ran her leg in 51.2 and her squad finished in a time of 3:38.85 … Advanced to the semifinals of the 400-meter dash at the NCAA Championships (52.60) breaking the previous freshman school record of 52.65 set by Michelle Brown in 1994 … Anchor leg of UK’s 4×400 relay squad that set the second-fastest time in school history at the NCAA Mideast Regional (3:38.78). Indoor – At NCAA Indoor Championships, finished fourth in her heat in the preliminaries of the women’s 400 meter run to finish 15th overall … At SEC Indoor Championships notched an NCAA provisional-qualifying and personal best mark of 53.44 in the 400 meter, which broke the freshman school record as the fastest freshman in the event in the nation and is second all-time at UK … Ran a personal-best 24.32 in the 200 meter at SEC Championships. The mark is fifth-best all-time at UK … Part of women’s distance medley relay that posted an NCAA provisional-qualifying mark with a time of 11:27.73 at New Balance Invitational.
