2022-23 (Sophomore): Posted career bests in the 200 IM (1:47.31) and 200 backstroke (1:45.48) at the SEC Championships … Tallied two top-five results in dual meet against Louisville (Jan. 21) … Was fourth in the 100 backstroke against Texas A&M (Nov. 3) … Finished fourth in both the 100 and 200 backstroke against Indiana (Oct. 5) … Made a pair of finals at the Ohio State Invitational, placing fourth in the 200 back (1:45.58) and 23rd in the 100 back (48.87). 

2021-22 (Freshman): Earned all best times at the SEC Championships where he finished 27th in the 200 back (1:45.56), 27th in the 400 IM (3:51.51) and 39th in the 500 free (4:25.60) … Finaled in four events at the midseason Ohio State Invitational where his highest finish was a 21st-place showing in the 200 back (1:48.10) … Had 12 top-5 finishes throughout the dual meet season, highlighted by taking second in the 100 back (50.98) and third in the 200 back (1:50.29) against Miami Ohio … Took third in both the 100 back (50.16) and 500 free (4:35.14) versus Cincinnati … Posted a trio of top-5 finishes in a battle with Tennessee … Raced to fifth in the 200 free (1:41.35) in a tri-meet with Auburn and NC State.

Prior to UK: Named team captain at Berkley High School where he earned team MVP four times … Won the 200 IM as a senior and the 100 back as a sophomore at the Michigan DII State Championships … Earned NISCA and USA Swimming Scholastic All-American honors … Also competed for Atlantis Swimming, the same club as UK teammate Cooper Drouillard … Junior National qualifier and nine-time Michigan LSC record holder … Multi-time Sectional Championship finalist … Runner-up for Michigan Boys’ Swimmer of the Year.
