Spring 2009>> Recorded a 7-6 record against SEC competition and 8-9 overall in singles at the No. 5 slot… Registered a 13-15 over mark in singles play … Teamed with Eric Quigley to earn a 10-12 doubles record, including a 9-12 (4-7 SEC) ledger at No. 2 doubles … Charted his first collegiate singles victory against UNC Wilmington’s Ryan Ybarra 6-1, 6-3 in Lexington (1/24/09) at the No. 3 position … Posted his first collegiate doubles win with Eric Quigley over UNC Wilmington’s Bertei/Ziamtsou 8-1 at No. 1 doubles (1/24/09) … Did not compete in singles play until the 2009 preseason Hawaii/UK Invitational in January … All-SEC Academic Honor Roll.
