Pre-College – Was named first-team All-Conference in junior and senior seasons… Was named All-Greater Cleveland twice… A four-year letterwinner at Strongsville High School… Served as team captain during his senior campaign… Was a member of Cleveland United, which captured four consecutive state titles and two National Indoor titles.
