Pricing

Season tickets offer considerable savings over the cost of buying single-game tickets. Season ticket prices include admission to all home games at John Cropp Stadium. Both general admission and reserved seating is offered John Cropp Stadium. General admission seating is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

New for the 2018 season, reserved seating will be offered in Section D of John Cropp Stadium. Existing season ticket holders may request to upgrade their season tickets into reserved seating by answering the associated question as part of the online renewal process. Upgrades into the new reserved seating area are based on availability and will be fulfilled in order of K Fund priority point ranking. Being a Kentucky softball season ticket holder has its benefits! Benefits include:

• Priority access to postseason tickets.
• Five (5) K Fund priority points with purchase of two season tickets.
• Complimentary ticket offers to select UK Athletics events.
• Opportunity to renew and upgrade your season tickets each season.
   

UK Faculty & Staff Discounts

Regular, full-time employees at the University of Kentucky are able to receive free admission in the general admission seating areas to all regular season home games, based on availability. To take advantage of this employee benefit, show your UK Employee ID at the main entrance on game day. No advance verification or purchase is required. Due to this, UK Faculty & Staff discounts are not offered on season tickets.

Inclement Weather Updates

In the event of impeding weather, please call the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 or follow the UK Ticket Office on Twitter to confirm the status of a game. In case of a rainout, the ticket(s) issued for that game will be honored for the date of the makeup game. Some exclusions may apply. Please call the UK Ticket Office at (800) 928-2287 to confirm eligibility.
 

RENEWALS

Season Ticket Renewals

Season ticket renewals will be posted online in January through My UK Account.
 

Upgrades

Each season, softball season ticket holders are able to request a seat upgrade upon renewing their season tickets. Seat upgrades are based upon availability. To request an upgrade, fill out the upgrade request section through your online renewal invoice or write the request on your hard-copy season ticket renewal invoice. Upgrade requests will be reviewed after the season ticket renewal deadline.
