Jake Spencer, a veteran content creator who was hired as the University of Kentucky Director of Creative Content for Women’s Basketball on Aug. 11, 2025, enters his second season in 2025-26.

Spencer, who has nearly a decade of experience crafting brand identities, user-centric digital products and multimedia content, joined the program as the director of creative content. Working primarily in the tech and digital spaces, while also doing contract work, Spencer is skilled in visual storytelling, from motion graphics and video to UI/UX and marketing campaigns, across all platforms.

Spencer graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in digital media and design and integrated strategic communication in 2021. Spencer is married to Natalie, and the two of them have one daughter Lillie.
