Joe Craft Center Ticket Office
UK Athletics is excited to welcome you to an upcoming event and has a variety of locations to handle your ticketing needs. The Joe Craft Center ticket office (located adjacent to Memorial Coliseum) is the main office for UK’s ticket operations, handling each of Kentucky’s ticketed sports. The Joe Craft Center ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM ET as well as for various events. For event hours, view the individual sport information below.

General Will Call Information
You must have a photo ID to pick up tickets to any athletics event at the University of Kentucky. We will only release tickets to the designated account holder or individual listed on the specific order. There are no drop-offs allowed on game day. If you would like to leave tickets for someone at will call, please deliver them to the Joe Craft Center ticket office before the day of an event.
+ Football
Location: Kroger Field ticket office located between Gates 9 & 10, facing the Glenn Hyundai Blue Lot
Hours: Opens 4 hours prior to kickoff and closes 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter
+ Men’s Basketball
Location: Lexington Center Box Office attached to Rupp Arena on the High Street side
Hours: Opens 1.5 hours prior to tip-off and closes at halftime
+ Women’s Basketball
Location: Joe Craft Center ticket office, facing Lexington Avenue
Hours: Opens 1.5 hours prior to tip-off and closes at halftime
+ Volleyball
Location: Joe Craft Center ticket office, facing Lexington Avenue
Hours: Opens 1 hour prior to the match and closes after the 2nd set
+ Gymnastics
Location: Joe Craft Center ticket office, facing Lexington Avenue
Hours: Opens 1.5 hours prior to the meet and closes after the 2nd event
+ Men’s & Women’s Soccer
Location: Wendell & Vickie Bell Soccer Complex ticket windows
Hours: Opens 1 hour prior to the start of the match and closes at halftime
+ Baseball
Location: Cliff Hagan Stadium ticket booth
Hours: Opens 2 hours prior to the start of the game and closes in the middle of the 5th inning. In the event of a doubleheader, the ticket booth remains open throughout game 1 and closes after the 2nd inning of game 2.
+ Softball
Location: John Cropp Stadium ticket windows
Hours: Opens 1.5 hour prior to the start of the game and closes after the 3rd inning. In the event of a doubleheader, the ticket booth remains open throughout game 1 and closes after the 2nd inning of game 2.
