Hoops and Heels, Presented by Hourglass Aesthetics, Returns Sept. 25

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky men’s basketball head coach Mark Pope, along with his wife Lee Anne, are excited to announce their third annual Hoops and Heels event presented by Hourglass Aesthetics. This season’s event will take place on Sept. 25 inside of Historic Memorial Coliseum from 7-9 p.m.

Registration for the widely popular preseason function is now open. The cost of attendance is $100, which covers entry and a T-shirt. Attendees will also have the option of purchasing a basketball, pre-signed by the 2026-27 Wildcats, for an additional $50. Balls are limited to one per registrant. Proceeds from the event will once again go to the Markey Cancer Foundation.

Registration will be from 5:30-7 p.m. Participants should enter through the main entrance of the Joe Craft Center to register.

The event is designed for participants of all ages with all levels of basketball knowledge and experience. It offers an exclusive, one-of-a-kind inside look at the Kentucky men’s basketball program. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable attire and participate in activities and presentations at their own risk.

Participants can expect various venders to be present on site as well as new and refreshed stations from years past for those in attendance to enjoy.

Additional sponsorship onsite for the event includes Calypso Boutique, Woodhouse Spa and BBN United.

The clear bag policy will be in effect.

Each fan will be permitted to carry one large clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc-style bag or a 12″ x 6″ x 12″ clear bag – plus a small clutch that does not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″. A clear bag shall be clear from top-to-bottom and up to a 2” trim/border on the bag is generally acceptable. The small clutch allows privacy for small personal items and is also easily searched. Non-compliant bags — empty or not — may not be carried inside compliant clear bags. Backpacks and drawstring/cinch bags, even those that are clear, are not permitted.

Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the UK men’s basketball office with any refund requests by emailing cmpbballcamp@gmail.com.
