LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky swimming and diving program finished their 2026-27 schedule, featuring lots of high-level competition as head coach Bret Lundgaard enters his third season in Lexington, as announced on Wednesday.

The schedule features an intersquad exhibition, three dual meets against SEC opponents, two invitationals, and more. Both squads will face six opponents during the regular season that finished the 2025-26 season ranked in the top 20.

The season kicks off with an intersquad blue, white meet on Sept. 25 at 4 p.m. ET, with the first official meet on Oct. 2 at the Lancaster Aquatic Center against Florida at 6 p.m. ET.

Kentucky then hits the road to Atlanta as a part of the Dual Meet Tournament Oct. 16 and 17. The Wildcats will first take on South Carolina, one of seven other teams attending the tournament bracket style event.

Kentucky will then travel to Bloomington, Ind. to take on the Hoosiers and Southern California at 2 p.m. ET on Oct. 23 before a few individuals head to US World Championship Qualifiers Oct. 28-31.

The Wildcats will play host to Ohio State on Nov. 5 at 5 p.m. ET before returning the favor and heading to Columbus, Ohio for the midseason OSU Invite on Nov. 17-20.

Winter Diving Nationals will take place Dec. 9-15 in Midland, Texas, while the swim squad will host Tennessee on Dec. 11 at 5 p.m. ET.

UK returns from the holiday by traveling to the Tide of Tuscaloosa on Dec. 11, then hosts Louisville for senior day at the LAC at 1 p.m. on Jan. 23. The last regular season meet will be at Cincinnati on Jan. 29 with dive beginning at 11:30 a.m.

The First Chance Meet in Louisville will be February 4 and 5, followed by the 2025-26 SEC Championships held by Tennessee from February 15-20.

NCAA Diving Zones will be held in West Lafayette, Ind. from March 8-10. The fourth annual CSCAA National Invite will be held later that week in Ocala, Florida from March 11-13.

The 2026-27 collegiate swimming and diving season culminates with the Women’s NCAA Championship in Austin, Texas from March 17-20, followed by the Men’s NCAA Championship, March 24-27.
