Two Kentucky Women’s Soccer Matches Designated for Television

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Two Kentucky Women’s Soccer contests will be televised on the ESPN Family on Networks during the 2026 season, the network announced.

The Wildcats’ road match against (RV) South Carolina, slated for Thursday, September 24 at 7 p.m. ET, will feature on SEC Network while the squad’s regular season finale against No. 10 Arkansas on Sunday, November 1 at 1 p.m. ET will be shown on the ESPNU.

Fans can still watch all 17 regular season matches from their own homes, with the remaining 15 matches slated to be live streamed on SEC Network +.

The first conference battle against the Gamecocks will mark the 31^st meeting all-time between the SEC opponents. Kentucky slightly trails all-time in the close series, with a record of 14-15-2 and 6-9-0 on the road in Columbia. The Wildcats look to beat the Gamecocks for the second consecutive year, after a big 3-2 win on Oct. 16 in Lexington last season. This would be the first time since 2011-12 that Kentucky pulled off consecutive wins against South Carolina if the Wildcats can get it done on September 24.

The Cats will gun for their first win since 2016 over Arkansas in the regular season finale in Lexington, but the Wildcats hold a 14-11-2 advantage in the series all-time. In 2022, the teams played and the Razorbacks won 6-0 in Fayetteville.

Kentucky will host its preseason exhibition on Saturday, August 8, welcoming 2025-26 USL Champions, Lexington SC, to the Bell. The contest will start at 5 p.m. ET and features as the first leg of a doubleheader with Kentucky Men’s Soccer, who will start their preseason run in an exhibition against NKU at 7:30 p.m. ET.
