Kentucky Swimming & Diving Concludes Winter Nationals
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky swimmers and divers took to the national stage this past week, competing at both the Toyota U.S. Open and USA Diving Winter Nationals. Four Wildcat swimmers and five divers were among the participants at the National Championship meets which were held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center and Allan Jones Aquatic Center, respectively.
Max Berg, Carson Hick, Libby Grether and Olivia Mendenhall all made their debuts at the Toyota U.S. Open, swimming in a total of 10 events alongside an elite field which included 68 current U.S. National Team members, 34 U.S. Olympians and 29 American record holders.
In diving, Kentucky was represented by Jodi Cobb, Abby Devereaux, Gavin Hang, Kristy Pfaff and Claire McDaniels.
