UKTF Signs All-American Transfer Alexis Glasco

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky track and field have signed Alexis Glasco, a three-time All-American transfer, Head Coach Lonnie Greene has announced.

The junior hurdler reigns from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and spent the last two seasons at Coastal Carolina before entering the portal.

In her two collegiate seasons with the Chanticleers, Glasco has appeared in the 60-meter hurdles, 100-meter dash, 100-meter hurdles, 400-meter hurdles, and both the 4×100 and 4×400 relays.

Glasco boasts quite the resume in her time in South Carolina, including being named a three-time All-American, All-Sun Belt First Team selection, and four-time Sun Belt Champion. She most recently placed 6th in the 100-meters hurdles at the 2023 NCAA Division I Track and Field Championships and holds a personal best of 11.29 (0.9) in the event.

Prior to college, she led her high school, St. Thomas Aquinas to three-straight state championship titles and took first place in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 41.58 at the 2021 FHSAA Class 4A Track & Field State Championships.
