Kentucky Gymnastics Releases 2023 Meet Schedule
LEXINGTON, Ky. – After announcing its five-meet home slate in May, the University of Kentucky gymnastics program unveiled its full 2023 competition schedule with season ticket information included.
With Tim Garrison at the helm of the program for his 12th season, the Wildcats will kick things off with the Blue-White Meet on December 11 at 2 p.m. EST at Memorial Coliseum.
Kentucky will officially ring in the new year in Columbus, Ohio taking on Ohio State on Jan. 8 before returning to Rupp Arena for Excite Night on Jan. 13 hosting SEC rival, LSU for a 6 p.m. meet.
Team 49 will then travel to Athens, Ga., on Jan. 20 to face the Bulldogs before continuing its strong home schedule at Memorial Coliseum by hosting another SEC foe, Alabama, on Jan. 27.
The Wildcats will continue its Friday Night Heights stretch at the University of Missouri on Feb. 3. Big Blue Nation will be able to catch the Cats back at Memorial before continuing conference competition, as UK will host MAC opponent Eastern Michigan on Feb. 10. Finishing out the month of February, the Cats will host the Arkansas Razorbacks on Feb. 17 inside Memorial Coliseum.
UK will take on the Gators in Gainesville, Fla., on Feb. 24. Closing out the home schedule with a Senior Night celebration, Kentucky will take on Auburn on March 3rd before entering postseason competition.
The Cats will finish the regular season schedule at Illinois on March 11 for a 3 p.m. match on the road before looking to the postseason competition.
The Southeastern Conference Championship will be on March 18 in Duluth, Ga., while the NCAA Regionals begin March 29- April 1 at various locations. The NCAA Championships will be held in Forth Worth, Texas, from April 13-15.
Information about television coverage and meet times will be announced closer to the beginning of the approaching season.
2023 season tickets to all five Kentucky gymnastics home meets are now on sale through the UK Athletics Ticket Office.
Season ticket renewals are available through the My UK Account and the deadline to renew is Thursday, December 8.
